Each year at Conference, lives are changed. One of the catalysts for change is the big raffle prizes. In the past, these raffle prizes have been enough to allow winning piercers and/or shops to completely switch over from externally threaded jewelry, or meet standards for APP membership. This type of change can indeed be life altering.
